INCAZ Ads Manager ("we", "us") helps businesses create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and communicate with leads. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email, mobile number, business details, and GST number.
• Meta connection data: when you connect Facebook, we access your ad accounts, Pages, and Instagram business accounts to create and manage ads on your behalf. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
• Campaign & performance data: campaigns, budgets, creatives, and the metrics Meta returns (spend, reach, leads, etc.).
• Leads: contact details submitted by people who respond to your ads.

How we use it

• To create, publish, and optimise your advertising campaigns via the Meta Marketing API.
• To show you performance dashboards, reports, and AI recommendations.
• To deliver leads to you and enable follow-up (e.g. WhatsApp).
• To process billing and provide support.

Data sharing

We share data with Meta (to run your ads), your chosen payment provider (to process payments), and infrastructure providers that host the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@incazpayroll.com. Disconnecting Meta removes our stored access tokens.

Security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest and all traffic is served over HTTPS. Access is restricted by role.
