By using INCAZ Ads Manager you agree to these terms.
INCAZ Ads Manager lets you create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, track leads, and manage related communications. You are responsible for the content of your ads and for complying with Meta's advertising policies and applicable law.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for any ad spend you authorise.
Subscription fees and any management fees are billed as shown on your plan. Ad spend is separate and governed by your Meta ad account billing.
You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or policy-violating advertising, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for ad performance, Meta account actions (e.g. rejections or bans), or indirect damages, to the extent permitted by law.
